The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the customer service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. Plus, the apartment had a lovely balcony with a nice view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The bunk bed option in the apartment may not be the most convenient choice for couples, but it could be a good option for families or those traveling with kids.

easy check-in. it has brand-new room complete with modern interior, a terrace and all necessary accessories. hairdryers, a walk-in shower and bath sheets available. staff are helpful, i'm very grateful to them.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. the room was beautifully designed with furniture and art pieces from local designers, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. the host was friendly, helpful, and provided fast and efficient communication.

The pillows and blankets were slightly uncomfortable for me, although this may be a personal preference.

As women traveling alone, we loved the personal communication with the host and the unexpected surprises in the apartment. the location in the artists' quarter was perfect for us, with great restaurants and boutiques nearby. the apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a Bluetooth speaker and Polaroid camera.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting ambiance of the hotel. The decorations were warm and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible for senior people like me, with plenty of seating areas and clear signage. It was wonderful to be able to relax and socialize in such a welcoming environment.

It would have been even better if there were more staff available to assist senior guests. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were overwhelmed and unable to provide all the help that was needed.
